“Just wanted to thank you for your knowledge and willingness to share in serving others. For the first time, I feel like I can really learn to just be. I realize that it may take time for the supplements to work…though last night I went to sleep around 11:00 pm without the TV on for noise (another first-time event) and did the affirmations and concentrated on breathing and I did go to sleep quickly. The thing was that I did not wake up until 4:45 am. I was so surprised that I tried it again and went back into a deep sleep and just woke up a few minutes ago (10:15 am). Wow!
