If you are crossing time zones here is how to reset your acupuncture clock if you’re having trouble sleeping after traveling:
At 6:30pm in whatever city you end up in, or if you are on the plane still, take your dominant hand and touch the pubic bone in the middle and take your non dominant hand and tap the very top of your head with the tips of your fingers 100 times. You can to this for two to three days after you have arrived if needed.
