I've been seeing Dr. Michael for the past 8 months and the work he's been doing on my body has changed my life. I've spent years (and a lot of money) working with various practitioners to get to the root cause of the chronic neck/shoulder pain I've had for the past ten years (probably longer). But I never saw results or improvement. When I stumbled upon him and his unique style of chiropractic work, I was intrigued–and I was willing to try anything at this point. I just wanted to feel good in my body, not just for a few days but for weeks, months, years.After a few sessions, I could already feel the relief–it was a trust fall to believe that this would really help. I've been able to improve my strength, wake up with ease in my body, and can do a pull up again without any pain in my neck/shoulder!I continue to see him a couple times a month for maintenance because the modern day world isn't kind to our bodies and I believe that consistent self-care is important for all of us. I'm so grateful for the work he's provided all these years and that I found out about him!

I was taken to his office by a family member when I was suffering and desperate. He listened to my health issues for about an hour, asked some questions and then performed muscle testing. At the end of the muscle testing he told me I had to avoid gluten, dairy and a few other items (surprise surprise) he ‘prescribed’ 5 different supplements that cost me $150 and that was it. In total I was scammed for $500. While I was paying the receptionist kept telling me how great of a doctor DeFino was and he saved her life.. ha ha ha that didn’t make me feel any better about coughing up $500.I later followed up with a real doctor who ran blood work which showed my immune system counts (lymphocytes, etc) were way below recommended levels — I was actually really really sick. Further tests indicated I was suffering from oxidative stress due to a likely mercury poisoning from a single exposure. I immediately started Emeramide to treat my life threatening condition and my numbers have significantly improved over the last month.Had I listened to DeFino I would still be suffering at home and my health would have continued to decline. Don’t waste your money — go to a real doctor.

Dr. Defino is an outstanding chiropractor. He’s really helped me with my spinal issues, mostly resulting from a large fall. He’s also completely resetting my nutritional health. It had gotten to the point where I was sensitive to most of the foods I was eating! Since going to Dr. Defino, I’ve taken the supplements he’s recommended and avoided certain foods. Now, I’m able to eat so many more foods and my heath and energy is so much better!
